My Booking

You have a few options for booking your stay:

  1. On our website: www.camping-chatelet.com on the homepage, by accepting cookies – search for and book your stay
  2. By contacting the campsite directly by phone: +33 (0) 4 50 72 52 60

If you want to book multiple accommodations or pitches, please make two separate bookings. Don't forget to mention in your booking if you'd like to be placed near each other.

During off-season, stay durations are flexible with a minimum of 2 nights, and you can arrive any day of the week. 

During high season, a minimum stay of one week for accommodations and two nights for camping pitches is required, but arrival days depend on the type of accommodation.

Our furry friends are welcome under the following conditions:

  • Only one pet is allowed per accommodation or pitch.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash within the campsite at all times and should not be left alone on the pitch or in the accommodation.
  • Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.
  • You can add this option when you book, and a daily rate applies.

Once your booking is made, you'll get a confirmation email with all the details about your stay.

A 25% deposit of your stay's total will be required to secure your booking.

For accommodations, the balance is due 30 days before you arrive.

For pitches, the balance for your reserved period is due on the day you arrive.

We offer several payment methods:

  • on our website (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers or ANCV connect)
  • by phone (credit card)
  • when you arrive (credit card, cash, or ANCV holiday vouchers or ANCV connect)

You can place an option by calling us.

Our accommodations are fully equipped, and you'll receive an inventory list when your booking is confirmed.

For bedding, we provide pillows, duvets, or blankets. Our Bultex mattresses come with a mattress topper, a cotton protector, and a disposable protector.

For your convenience, we offer linen and towel rental kits if you don't want to bring your own.

My Arrival

If you've rented one of our chalets or mobile homes, you can check in from 4:00 PM.

If you're on a camping pitch, it will be available from 11:00 AM.

When you arrive, you'll need to go to reception for check-in, the barrier code, and all the useful info for your stay.

  • For accommodations, a €300 deposit is required when you arrive. It will be refunded no later than 10 days after your departure, minus any costs for restoring the place.
    Deposits can be paid by cheque or credit card imprint.
  • For pitches, no deposit is required.
  • If you're on a camping pitch, your vehicle will be parked right on your pitch.
  • If you're staying in an accommodation, you'll have a parking spot right next to your place.
  • Visitors need to park in the car park located at the campsite entrance.
  • An electric extension cord (around 25m)
  • A European plug adapter

My Stay

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground at an affordable rate. Data plans can be purchased at the front desk.

Yes, you can add a cleaning package when you book or on-site for 80 euros.

The following equipment is available for free with advance booking:

  • Travel cot, bed rails, high chairs, booster seats, baby baths.

With every chalet in our comfort range, you'll have 2 hybrid bikes available.

We also have mountain bike or hybrid bike rentals, just ask at reception.

For electric bikes, there are several rental places nearby.

Access to the campsite is for guests only.

Visitors must park their vehicle in the car park and check in at reception.

At reception, you'll find ice for your cooler, ice cubes, cold drinks, organic and local wines and beers, sodas, mineral water, camping gas, postcards, a valuables deposit service, and linen and bath towel rentals...

During high season: from 8:30 AM, you can grab baguettes and pastries at reception.

We have 3 washing machines and a dryer available for you. Tokens and laundry detergent doses are sold at reception.

You can drop off your mail when you leave (before noon) in the black mailbox in front of reception. You can also make photocopies and print documents at reception (€0.20/page).

Smoking is not allowed in your accommodation.

One of our two washroom facilities has an area adapted for people with reduced mobility, and we also have an accessible chalet.

My Departure

If you've rented one of our chalets or mobile homes, check-out is before 10:00 AM.

If you're on a camping pitch, you'll need to leave it before 11:00 AM.

Your accommodation should be left as clean as you found it when you arrived.

You can opt for the cleaning package (€80); in that case, we'll clean your rental for you. We just ask that you do your dishes and empty your bins.

For pitches

If you haven't paid for your stay, please do so the day before you leave.

For accommodations

Once you've finished cleaning, head to reception so we can do the inventory check of your accommodation together.

For departures before 8:30 AM without an exit inventory check for rentals, your deposit will be cancelled later with a confirmation message.
